Merchant Terms

1. Scope

These Merchant Terms set out the commercial conditions on which BRUMOPAY LLC, at 32 W 2nd St Unit 3941, Casper, WY 82601, USA, provides checkout and payment-acceptance services to you as a business ("Merchant"). They sit alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Fees

You pay the per-transaction fees for the plan you choose, as shown on our pricing page or in your order. Fees apply to successful payments. Any taxes that apply are added where required by law.

3. Settlement & payouts

Funds from successful payments, less our fees and any refunds or chargebacks, are settled to your nominated bank account on the schedule stated in your account. We may hold or delay a payout where needed for risk, fraud or legal reasons.

4. Refunds & chargebacks

You are responsible for refunds you issue and for chargebacks raised by your shoppers. We provide tools to respond to disputes, but the card networks make the final decision, and related amounts may be deducted from your balance.

5. Your obligations

You agree to sell only goods and services you are entitled to sell, to describe them accurately at checkout, to honour your own refund policy, and to comply with the card networks' rules and applicable law.

6. Prohibited businesses

Certain categories cannot be processed for legal or card-network reasons. Where your activity falls into a restricted category, we may decline, suspend or end the service, and will tell you where we are able to.

7. Term
